At BEC + BRIDGE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
